Return Window — 30 Days from Delivery
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Refund Options — Original Payment Method or Store Credit
You can choose your preferred refund method.
Return Eligibility
Items are eligible for return if they meet the following conditions:
- The item has only been tried on and has not been worn, washed, or otherwise used
- All original tags and labels remain attached
- The item is returned in its original packaging
- The return request is initiated within 30 days of the delivery date
How to Return an Item
Please contact us at info@tarianalabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will send you return instructions as soon as possible.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.
You can choose between:
- Refund — returned to your original payment method
- Store Credit — issued as a discount code for your next purchase
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@tarianalabel.com. Exchange requests are prioritized whenever possible.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of items that have been worn, washed, or had their tags removed.
Tariana reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
